Healthcare is now the top target for cyberattacks, and the cost of being unprepared is measured in more than dollars — it's measured in patient safety. This session examines why traditional backup and disaster recovery fall short against modern ransomware, and what a true cyber recovery plan requires: isolated, air-gapped backups; automated threat detection and clean-point identification; and an orchestrated recovery workflow that turns crisis response into a repeatable process. Drawing on real-world healthcare cost and downtime data, we'll walk through the three pillars of resiliency — people, process, and technology — and the phased roadmap (assess, design, build, test, refine) organizations need to get there. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for building and continuously testing (twice a year) a cyber recovery plan powered by Rubrik's Isolated Recovery Environment and enabled by NTT DATA's readiness assessment, implementation, and managed recovery services.
